- Plug “2030 SE 21st St, Cape Coral, FL” into your GPS or map app (Google Maps / Waze / Apple Maps).
- If coming from the Fort Myers area or main highways:
- From I-75:
- Take Exit toward Cape Coral (using SR-78 or SR-887 depending on your direction)
- Get onto one of the bridges into Cape Coral (e.g. Midpoint Bridge, Cape Coral Bridge)
- Once inside Cape Coral, use the main roads to connect to SE 21st Street
- Use SE 21st Street directly:
- Navigate to the Southeastern quadrant of Cape Coral
- Once on SE 21st St, look for house number 2030
- The property is on the side of the street — drive slowly, watch for the address signs
- From I-75:
Parking
The home has driveway parking available right in front of the property. Please avoid blocking sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or parking on the lawn.
Local Tip
Four Mile Cove is a scenic residential road that runs along the canals of southeast Cape Coral. It’s quiet and safe, but traffic can move quickly - keep an eye out when pulling in or out. At night, drive carefully as some stretches of the street are not heavily lit.

While we take great care to maintain our homes in excellent condition, it is possible that appliances or home systems (such as A/C, pool heating, or kitchen equipment) may malfunction during your stay. If any issue arises, our property management team and the homeowner will act promptly to resolve it as quickly as possible.
However, please understand that repair times can vary depending on technician availability or the nature of the issue. No refunds will be provided for delays in repairs or for any inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of equipment or amenities, as long as the issue is addressed in a reasonable timeframe.
