- From Cape Coral / Fort Myers:
Take Veterans Memorial Parkway or Cape Coral Parkway west, depending on your starting point. Use Chiquita Blvd or Skyline Blvd to head south, then turn onto SW 46th Place. The home will be clearly marked at 1812. - From other nearby areas (Naples, Punta Gorda, etc.):
Navigate toward Cape Coral, then follow Pine Island Road or Cape Coral Parkway. Use your GPS to guide you through the local grid system to SW 46th Place. Cape Coral is laid out on a grid, so most navigation apps will take you directly without issue.
Parking
There is ample parking in the driveway directly in front of the residence. Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the grass.
Local Tip
Cape Coral is known for its beautiful canals and quiet residential neighborhoods. Roads in the southwest area are calm and easy to navigate, but they can be narrow in places—drive slowly, especially at night.

If any issue arises, our property management team and the homeowner will act promptly to resolve it as quickly as possible.
However, please understand that repair times can vary depending on technician availability or the nature of the issue. No refunds will be provided for delays in repairs or for any inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of equipment or amenities, as long as the issue is addressed in a reasonable timeframe.
